MEET THE FOUNDER
COACH LANE
With over 20 years of experience as both a player and coach and more than 10,000 lessons delivered, I have dedicated my life to helping athletes develop their skills, build confidence, and reach their full potential. My passion for the game comes from the coaches and mentors who invested in me, and my mission is to provide the same guidance, knowledge, and support to the next generation of baseball and softball players.
I am a graduate of Saint James School, earned my A.A. in Exercise Science from Frederick Community College, and completed my B.A. in Movement & Exercise Science at Emory & Henry College. My background in exercise science allows me to combine technical skill development with a deeper understanding of movement, athletic performance, and player development.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to learn from and compete alongside high-level athletes and coaches while working with players from tee ball to professional baseball and softball. I have helped develop All-Conference, All-State, All-American, and professional athletes, while also contributing to championship teams at the high school, collegiate, and professional levels.
At LG Performance, my goal is simple: to provide athletes with the tools, instruction, and support they need to become better players, better teammates, and better people. Through individualized coaching, accountability, and a commitment to long-term development, I strive to help every athlete reach their next level.
