When you sign up to allow your children to take lessons with Lane Gay, you are dealing directly with Lane Gay and your children are taking lessons from Lane Gay, not Cross the Seams Baseball & Softball Training LLC (" Cross the Seams "). Lane Gay is not an employee of or affiliated with Cross the Seams. When you sign up for lessons with Lane Gay, you w ill also need to subscribe to a membership with Cross the Seams. That is done with a separate, agreement between you and Cross the Seams that you may find on the third - party website accessible via the portal found on Lane Gay's webpage. The third - party web site accessible via the portal will also allow parents of players to review announcements from Lane Gay, message Lane Gay directly, see what sessions Lane Gay has available, book sessions with Lane Gay, and pay for sessions with Lane Gay. Via this third - party website, parents of players coached by Lane Gay may also access certain content that is part of the CROSS THE SEAMS system directly from Cross the Seams and access other tools provided by Cross the Seams on the third - party website.

While Lane Gay has a license to use certain CROSS THE SEAMS system materials, Lane Gay is not employed by or otherwise affiliated with Cross the Seams. Cross the Seams is not responsible for the acts and omissions of Lane Gay and Lane Gay is not responsible for Cross the Seams.
